- Terms are a 20% deposit payable on booking with balance
payable 8 weeks before departure.
- Price is for the Villa with a maximum occupancy of 8
persons, all guests must be named on booking.
- Payment will be accepted by UK cheque or Bank transfer , or
by Euro Bank transfer
- There is refundable breakage deposit of £200 payable with
final balance that will be refunded (less any breakages) within 14 days of
return.
- The above prices include a weekly clean and bed linen /
towels ( not beach towels ).
- Changeover day is Saturday with checkout before 10.00 and
check-in after 16.00 ( please note there may be some flexibility by prior
arrangement).
- The local managing agent may be able to provide further
services eg; extra cleaning, baby sitting, high chair, and can advise on and
organise other local activities (boat hire, diving etc ).
